Merriam-Webster defines the word collaboration as the work and activity of a number of persons who individually contribute toward the efficiency of the whole.
These past few weeks I have had the pleasure of collaborating with two amazing and dedicated educators/ fellow classmates. We have worked tirelessly on every facet of our Innovation Plan. We have texted each other at all hours of the night, met on Teams in pjs and with messy buns in our hair, and have even spent holiday breaks at the library doing research. We have all shared the responsibility and have led at one point or another in each assignment. We have given each other feedback and feedforward and have listened to each other with open ears and hearts. We have trusted each other's opinions and knowledge. I can honestly say, I have never learned more or had as much fun learning and growing, than I have collaborating with these two ladies. This is what collaboration is!
