Synthesis of Digital Learning
Introduction
Feeling stuck in my career in education and wanting more, I signed up for the Applied Digital Learning Master’s program at Lamar University with my coworkers Veronica Balli and Ileana Reyna. As I am nearing the end of my ADL journey, I can’t help but reflect on my transformation as a learner and educator and the amount of growth I made in just one year.
EDLD 5320, Synthesis of Digital Learning, is one of my final courses in the program. In this course, we continuously reflect, update, and implement all the learning we have done this year. First, I reflected on CSLE + COVA and how it ties into my learning process and my teachings. Next, I reflected on my innovation project, Blended Learning: Personalizing the Future of Education. Lastly, I reflected on my ENTIRE ADL journey, and WOW, what a journey it has been!

CSLE+COVA Reflection
As I get to the end of my Applied Digital Learning journey I can not help but reflect on the words of John Dewey.
“You cannot teach today the same way you did yesterday to prepare students for tomorrow.”
This quote means much more today than it did a year ago. Read more about my reflection and growth in the ADL Program by clicking the button below.
Innovation project update
In this assignment, I reflect on the creation, evolution, and implementation of my innovation project. To learn more about where my Innovation Project is now and my reflection on my growth, click the button below.
